Codium24 is available worldwide, but you are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate.
You must notify Codium24 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. Codium24 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access.
Codium24 is offered as a monthly subscription service priced at $19.99 per month. By subscribing, you authorize Codium24 to charge the subscription fee to your designated payment method each billing cycle.
Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment processor. Codium24 does not store your full payment card details.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. Your payment method will be charged the then-current subscription fee on each renewal date.
You will continue to have access to the Service for the duration of your active subscription, including any renewal period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will prevent your subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing cycle.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.
Codium24 does not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused subscription time, or subscription downgrades.
If you believe a charge was made in error, you may contact support within 14 days of the charge date for review. This does not guarantee a refund will be issued.
All content on Codium24, including but not limited to lessons, projects, videos, text, curriculum, certificates, branding, graphics, code samples, and platform content, is the exclusive property of Codium24 and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not redistribute, resell, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written permission from Codium24.
Codium24 retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service and all associated content. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set forth in these Terms.
Certificates of Completion issued by Codium24 represent completion of coursework only. They are not accredited academic degrees, diplomas, or professional licenses.
Codium24 certificates are not affiliated with or endorsed by any university, college, or professional certification body.
Codium24 does not verify or attest to the skills or competency of certificate holders. Employers and third parties should conduct their own assessment of any individual's qualifications.
Codium24 does not guarantee employment, interviews, internships, promotions, salary increases, or job offers of any kind.
Individual results depend on each user's effort, experience, location, interview performance, market conditions, and many other factors beyond Codium24's control.
Any testimonials, success stories, or examples shown on the platform are not guarantees of future results and should not be interpreted as promises of employment or income.

Violation of these acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Codium24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in conduct that Codium24 determines is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
Upon suspension or termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to Terms violations.
Codium24 may also terminate or suspend access for inactive accounts, maintenance reasons, or discontinuation of the Service with reasonable notice where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codium24 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Codium24's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Codium24 in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
